It's a 14 Pounder

Matt went fishing in Lake Michigan around Green Bay. He caught this 14 pound salmon along with many more. He went with his buddy's from college, Derek and Mike. Derek caught a 16 pounder which he plans on mounting (just got out of that one :).

So if anybody has any good salmon recipes please share. It will be a new adventure in cooking for Matt and I.
