Town Girl Gone Country

Ever since Matt and I started dating I've been hearing about cleaning chickens. Matt's aunt and uncle raise chickens and clean them themselves a few times each summer. I decided I needed to experience it myself and be initiated into the Burns Chicken Cleaning Ritual.

Must not be that bad. I'm still smiling.

Karen didn't work much; she was more of a supervisor. Just kidding Karen :) She just happen to be tending to the phone when I was taking pictures. I learned all of my best plucking skills from her.

Rastis was on the cleanup crew.
